Seller’s guide.
Understand the value. Reach buyers. Make an informed sale.
Set a considered price.
Start with buyers who could use your digital asset and what makes it a good fit. Comparable sales help establish context; an automated appraisal alone isn’t a pricing strategy.
Decide what you’d accept after fees, and how long you’re willing to wait.
Give buyers a way in.
For domain names, create a listing so interested buyers can submit an offer. For active digital asset brokerage, we identify relevant buyers and handle outreach and negotiation.
We agree on who to approach and what can be shared before contacting anyone.
Look beyond the first offer.
Price matters. So do payment terms, timing, and any conditions. We negotiate and explain your options; you decide whether to accept, counter, or decline.
Agree on fees upfront.
Fees depend on the asset and the work involved. Before we begin, your written agreement covers:
- The work, duration, and any exclusivity.
- How our fee is calculated, when it’s due, and what happens if no sale closes.
- Escrow, payment, and transfer costs—and who pays them.
Before accepting an offer, confirm what you’ll receive after fees and closing costs. Taxes are separate.
Close with confidence.
Put the sale agreement in writing and confirm secured funds with the chosen payment provider before transferring the asset.
For domain names, check transfer eligibility and renewals. Move any website or email you need to keep.
